Take Momoishi toll road from Misawa to Hachinohe. (The trip requires 2 toll passes each way)
Turn right onto route 45.
Take route 45 to the bottom of the hill, past the overpass.
Follow route 45 into Hachinohe, over the river, to where the road comes to a t-intersection and route 45 goes right.
Follow route 45 to the right, staying in the right lane.
Proceed through the tunnel.
At the second traffic light from the tunnel, turn right.
The planetarium will be on the left, 2 blocks down the road.
The entrance to the parking lot is half-way down the block, enter slowly, it is a steep incline into the lot.
Bus parking is to the left in the rear of the lot.
