Denna and Adam came up to visit today with their almost-two-year-old, Tyler. Apparently Tyler loves babies. He was so cute with wanting to touch and pat Rhino. He really wanted to hold him, but that wasn’t quite going to work. So Tyler sat in my lap with Rhino in his and we sat around holding each other. When it was time to stop I’d say “say bye to baby” and Tyler would respond “no!” and hold Rhino close. And when it was time for everyone to leave, he gave Rhino a cute kiss goodbye. Tyler is so adorable as it is, but it was so sweet seeing him hang out with Rhino. He’ll be a wonderful big brother someday! And it was really nice to spend time with Denna, too. We won’t have too many more opportunities before we leave for Japan.
