Long time, no post

Okay…update time. First off, need to be more up to speed with updating :P So all I can think of right now update-wise is WoW stuff. I had a slight alt affliction this week. I made, lets see…an undead warlock, tauren druid, troll rogue, and a troll mage. I may have had the rogue for a bit since last post…not sure though. I got the warlock up to lvl 8, the druid up to 10, the rogue up to 10, and the mage hit 9 last night. I’ve actually had that mage for quite some time, but of special note is it’s part of the duo me and my wife made :D She is going (since we don’t have any talents yet :P ) to be a shadow priest, so no super healing but alot of face melting. My mage will be a frost mage for awesomeness. So professionwise, my mage is a tailor/enchanter, my warlock is a miner/engineer, and my rogue is an alchemist/herbalist. My druid has yet to get a prof cus I’m not sure what I should do…I’m thinking maybe leatherworking and enchanting or herbin. I don’t need skinnin so much I can just feed mats to him with Keelon so I’m thinking going that way, then I’ll get another leatherworking specialization on this guy so I’ll have two of the three when he lvls up there. Anyway enough alts and on to Keelon. So I am about one bub from 47. I haven’t been moving all that fast due to alt action and Rise of Legends. But I have 256 leatherworkin/300 skinning. I’m thinking also of switching over to an elemental spec but I’m worried about the grinding problems. I have run ZF with guildies twice now once playing caster/healer and once playing whacker/totem dropper (which btw…I stunk at the totem droppin part lol gotta work on that), and I really enjoyed throwing out lightning bolts followed directly after for frostshocks to do 600 dmg combined (and I’m a 0/23/14 spec right now so I have very very little amount of caster gear for when I need to play “healer”) which isn’t too shabby. This is of course with no crits (I casted lightning bolt like crazy and it critted once the entire run) and no + magic dmg. Also, I’m likin how it looks do to it’s uh…unwavering way of killing. I will always shoot a lightning bolt and shock for almost the same dmg…it crits often which is a “weeee” for me. Now with my current build I hope that I crit with my weapon, frostbrand goes of and crits, and maybe my wound on my ripsaw goes off (oh yeah, got this awesome 33.3 dps axe called ripsaw off a boss in ZF). I think the biggest thing is I would like to try and figure out how exactly the frostbrand proc works. It almost seems that either: 1) attack power (maybe crit chance) vs target determines the chance of frostbrand to go off or 2) higher stats vs target determines that. Mainly I say this because when I was fighting screechers in veralas the other day (lvl 43 mobs vs me as a 46) frostbrand seemed to proc alot. Now given I only fought two of them but for those two I think…4 or 5 of my swings didn’t proc. Also, I was fighting the higher lvl yetis (I think ragescar) in ferals and was dropping my GoA (agi), Stoneskin, and Mana totems and I didn’t see all that many procs (these are lvl 46-48 yetis btw). Now I decided to switch it up and try to kill them faster so I replaced the stoneskin with the strength of earth totem, and it almost seemed to double my proc rate. Eh…one day I’ll search up and see if anyone has figured out how frostbrand works (at least it seems variable based on stats/ lvl vs lvl to me). Anyway! So I’ve been sitting pretty at 256 skinning for a bit (haven’t been killing to many beasts, but I’m thinkin of grinding off those yetis for a bit) and have yet to specialize. I think I’ve decided on dragonscale and I’ll just make my druid a leatherworker as well and go elemental or tribal with him. So there’s that, I can’t really make much do to the fact I can’t grind the dragon mobs yet that drop the scales to make some of the armor but eventually ya know! I also need to get fishin up so I can get some higher fish for my rogue to make pots (I need tons of blackmouth for free action and waterbreathing potions). Anyway that’s about all I got for WoW as of right now.

And in closing, everyone needs to play Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends or you are a goob! Afterwards
