So being married is wonderful! I guess it isn’t too terribly different from how we were before, but we now have our own place. We’ve settled in to our awesome apartment very nicely! We’re on the first floor on the corner, have a bedroom/bathroom/living room/kitchen/deck and lots of closet space. Our bed is coming tomorrow so we will no longer be sleeping on an air mattress on the living room floor. I have been cooking, which has been really fun and Matt seems to like my dishes. We are still having our ceremony and reception in Yosemite in two months. I’m getting so excited about that! Invitations have been sent out and I’ve all ready received a few RSVPs. We aren’t sure if Andrea will be in attendance as she is no longer in Arabic school. We should find out in about a week what her new job is and when she’ll be attending tech school. Matt’s family will fly out to include two sets of aunts and uncles. Mama, Papa, Matthew, Aunt Pattie & Uncle Brian will be there, too. Tim, Alex, and maybe Joe and Gurov will drive out from Fort Collins and Aaron will come up from L.A. to be our photographer. It will be a blast!

Work is OK. I only have about 13 more workdays left. I should see two launches before I outprocess, too. It’s been hectic with so many launches. Matt and I have both been working really hard and often long days. I had to drop my classes this semester because it got to be where I could rarely go. Hopefully I can retake them this summer. Biology was really boring and Calc II was tricky and I just couldn’t handle it well while team chiefing. Speaking of which, that was a rocky road I started down. I’m not the greatest team chief because I’m not all that commanding/decisive and I get really nervous and kind of absent-minded when under pressure. I got an unsat last month and now have a board to go to on Monday, which stresses me out. I know I’m not going to be at work much longer and it shouldn’t matter, but I still don’t particularly enjoy being reprimanded. Anyhow, time for bed.
